For the past three years, the whole world has been suffering from the global pandemic COVID-19, and many of our fellow residents have lost their lives.
Creating a safe environment has provided us with some protocols and guidelines to save us from this dangerous situation.
While people across the globe are trying their very best to follow these guidelines, some still think of this as a joke.
This foolish behavior was recently captured when the New York-born actress Abigail Breslin posted her picture of her visit to Las Vegas. While riding the Big Apple Coaster at New York-New York Hotel and Casino, the young actress wore a mask.
The picture wasn’t supposed to get any trolls as it didn’t have any controversial material. Yet, the Zombieland actress had to face the ridiculous comment of a user questioning her choice to wear a mask in a public place.
The user @chesty1987 commented, “Who’s the pathetic loser wearing a mask?”
The Scream Queens actress chose to handle this situation in a rather admirable manner that left her fans praising her reply on the internet.
Rather than keeping quiet and ignoring the troller, the actress decided to reply to the user. As her response, she wrote,
“That pathetic loser would be me, someone, who lost their dad due to someone not wearing a mask and giving him COVID. You can kindly go f–k off now.”
This whole situation hit the actress harder as she lost her father last year due to this pandemic.
Expressing her thoughts on this idiotic comment, she further wrote, “Sorry, not sorry. Although I love ignorant comments (sarcasm, obviously), I just can’t tolerate it from someone with the username’ chesty1987.”
This is not the first time for the actress to defend the importance of following the guidelines issued and emphasizing wearing a mask.
Hopefully, from this, many more will learn the need to follow the protocols as they have been issued for our safety.
