In August 2020, Marvel’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” finished their seven-season. Since then, viewers can watch the series on the streaming service Netflix.

However, the thriller series is soon going to leave Netflix too.

When you visit the “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” page on Netflix, you’ll notice that it reads “Last day to watch on Netflix: February 28” above the series synopsis.

The American television series is written and directed by Joss Whedon for ABC which is based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. a spy agency in a world of superheroes.

It was the first series to be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and it forms part of the franchise’s films and other television series.
Produced by ABC Studios, Marvel Television, and Mutant Enemy Productions the series is co-created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon, and Maurissa Tancharoen.

In 2012, Marvel Television decided to make the series and entered into discussion with ABC to work on it.

Later in August, ABC announced a pilot for a series called S.H.I.E.L.D

In April 2013, ABC officially announced that the series would be named Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The first season of the series which comprised 22 episodes aired in May 2013.

The core cast of the series includes Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, who also portrayed the same role in “The Avengers”, along with Him Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, and Elizabeth Henstridge.
Nick Blood, Adrianne Palicki, Henry Simmons, Luke Mitchell, John Hannah, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, and Jeff Ward also entered the series in later seasons.

The series was renewed for the second, third, fourth seasons in 2014, 2015, and 2016 respectively. The series consists of seven- seasons with 136 episodes in total.

The final episode of the thriller series aired on the 12th of August, 2020.

In the U.S. the first season became available for streaming on Netflix on November 20, 2014. It was assumed that after the finale of the seventh season, all seven seasons would be available on Disney+.

The series will be available on Netflix until February 28, 2022.

This would be the last chance for the fans to stream their favorite series on Netflix.
