Spider-Man: No Way Home turned out to be a huge success, and the plot thickened when all three generations of Marvel Spiderman finally collaborated and were seen on one screen.
The rumors of these three wonderful actors being cast in the movie together were roaming in the alleys of Hollywood for a long time before becoming confirmed. The actors had to go through various media interactions playing clueless about the upcoming movie.
Fortunately or unfortunately, these actors must be given Oscars for their performances. These men fluently lied to the cameras while maintaining their straight faces while asked about their respective roles.
None more than Andrew Garfield. This man should be given a standing ovation for the number of times he deflected his question, Starring in Spider-Man: No Way Home. He lied like a pro and managed to fool his fans.
Recently in an interview with Wasp, when asked about his mischievous performance of lying, he revealed, “It was pretty tense but also strangely enjoyable,”
The 38-year-old actor told his fans the ongoing battle he had with himself while lying. He shared that he had conflicts about continuing to lie to his fans, but he always finds the energy to continue it by thinking of himself in his fan’s shoes.
He shared, “But I kept framing it as a game. And I kept imagining myself purely as a fan of that character, which is not hard to do,” He further added, “I placed myself in that position of, ‘Well, what would I want to know? Would I want to be toyed with?… Would I want to discover it when I went to the theatre?… I would want the actor to do an incredibly good job at convincing me he wasn’t in it. And then I would want to lose my mind in the theatre when my instinct was proven right,”
The amazing Spider-Man famed actor unfolded how hectic the lying had become, but he still found the reason to keep denying the truth, hoping that it would be best for his fans and, in the end, they would enjoy the surprise.
And truth be told, seeing all three of them together was a Kodak moment of the film, and it brought smiles to all our faces.
