When we see a model, it seems that her life is very Good and Glam, with nice designer clothes, beautiful makeup, a nice photoshoot, smiling faces, high fashion, and international catwalks. Seeing them, we feel that their life is the best and they do not have any problems, but nothing like this happens in reality, there are few young models who are suffering from mental health and physical pain.

In a recent interview with WSJ Magazine, Bella Hadid shared her own mental health as well as her few pictures which she posted in November, Bella crying selfies among the fans a while ago in which she said that social media is not real, anyone who is struggling you can fight your own battle And you are not alone for me I love you, I am watching and listening to you.

Bella tagged her friend Willow Smith in the caption: “I Love you and your words. It made me feel a little less alone and that’s why I’d like to post this.” She further penned, “Sometimes all you’ve gotta hear is that you’re not alone. So from me to you, you’re not alone,’ she wrote. ‘I love you, I see you, and I hear you. Self-help and mental illness/chemical imbalance are not linear and it is almost like a flowing rollercoaster of obstacles… it has its ups and downs, and side to side.”

Bella posted a few pictures of her crying on 9, November 2021.

Bella said – “It has its ups and downs and side to side. But I want you to know, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and the rollercoaster always comes to a complete stop at some point”
“It took me a long time to get that in my mind, but I’ve had enough breakdowns and burnouts to know this: if you work hard enough on yourself, spending time alone to understand your traumas, triggers, joys, and routine, you will always be able to understand or learn more about your own pain and how to handle it,” she wrote.

Bella Was facing a lot of mental health problems for three years, But she herself could not understand why she started feeling like this all at once.

She also said that earlier she used to think a lot about what people would think and say about her style, clothes, will they like it or not? But it doesn’t matter to her right now because it’s her style and her comfort.

“In the last year, it was really important for me to learn that even if people talk about my style or if they like it or if they don’t, it doesn’t matter, because it’s my style. When I leave the house in the morning, what I think about is: “Does this makes me happy’ Do I feel good in this, and do I feel comfortable'” She stated.

Bella, the youngest daughter of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid, said on social media that “social media is not real” as she shared nine tearful images with her fans.

There are many such celebrities who are facing this problem and they have also stopped using social media for this reason.

There are many people who judge someone by saying anything through social media and these things start affecting their minds and these things start bothering us. Then it becomes very difficult to get out of this, as well as it takes a lot of time to fix.

We should always behave well towards others so that they do not feel bad from the heart and never disturb their mental health.
