Welcome to yet another written and box office update of the recently released Ek Villian Return which is meant to be a success for actors and producers too. The film made good business throughout according to the box office collection and it is quite impressive. Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria starrer made it possible in the second week as well.

The film got very mixed reactions from the critics and fans from the day of its release. As per the news and media coverage, it was also found that despite having a good performance from all the starrer the film didn’t even manage to cross the half-century mark in the box office collection. It also said that it might be possible because the two upcoming blockbusters, Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan are releasing on 11th August.

Ek Villain Return Crosses 30 Crores In the First Weekend

Although, the second weekend didn’t go much well as compared to the first week. The movie, Ek Villian Return made it possible to earn more than 30 Crore in the first weekend including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In the second week, the film managed to collect only 6 crores approx at the box office.

Arjun Kapoor recently stated while talking to PTI that “Sandeep Aur Pinky Farrar was appreciated so much. There is a residual value of regard that there is an actor inside him and ( I hope) that will be tapped into by the directors. I think there is positive momentum now. Hopefully, ‘Ek Villain Returns’ takes a step forward, and ‘Lady Killer’ and ‘Kuttey’ (too) become strong.”

Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha is releasing on 11th August and that too in around 3500 screens in India. The firm can also be seen in Tamil and Telugu and on many screens. No doubt the wait is a must for this amazing movie from Aamir khan.
