With the release of its new documentary series, ‘Full Swing,’ golf is the latest sport to allow Netflix to pull back the curtain and show what life is truly like at the peak of the professional game.

Full Swing, produced by the team behind the television shows Break Point and Formula 1: Drive to Survive, had unmatched access to PGA Tour golf professionals during a difficult year for the sport.

Full Swing documents the top professional golfers’ difficulties, victories, and defeats as they compete in the Masters/Augusta National, U.S. Open, PGA Championship, and Open Championship. IMDb claims Full Swing is the first sports documentary movie to cover all four major competitions.

Netflix Media Center’s official synopsis is as follows:

This new interactive documentary series follows a broad group of professional players on and off the course throughout a tough season of competitive rivalry, a rising schedule each week on the PGA TOUR. The biggest gold tournaments will be broadcast live for the first time, including The Masters, The Players, The U.S. Open, The Open Championship, The FedExCup and the PGA Championship playoffs. The players will let viewers get to know them better throughout their victories and defeats. During the PGA TOUR season, they will also see what it takes to compete and win at the greatest level in men’s professional golf.

Full Swing follows some of the most well-known golfers, such as Rory McIlroy, and other golfers that will take part in the series are:

  • Cameron Young
  • Mito Pereira
  • Joel Dahmen
