Get All The Details About The Release, Synopsis, Clip And Cast On Lift!

Fans of the Philadelphia comedian Kevin Hart got one of the first looks at his upcoming Netflix movie “Lift” when he shared a promotional image with them on Instagram before announcing the movie’s release date. 

“Lift,” which arrives on the streaming platform Netflix on August 25, 2023, has the synopsis that follows with Hart leading an international heist crew on an impossible mission to prevent a terrorist attack. They must work together on a Boeing 777 from London to Zurich to pull off a covert operation. The master thief, played by Hart, is enlisted by the FBI and his ex-girlfriend to pull off the stunt in the action-packed thriller.

Dan Kunka and Jeremy Doner wrote the film’s script, which will be directed by F. Gary Gray. The Producing partners comprise Genre Pictures, HartBeat and 6th & Idaho. Kevin Hart was the foremost cast member to be disclosed. More cast members were revealed as the production of the movie progressed.

Lift is looking to be a fun, a captivating heist movie and on- and off-screen talent. That is guaranteed by the Hart-led ensemble cast, writing skill, and Gray’s previous experience with the genre. Seeing Hart in a different role that isn’t entirely comical will also be a welcome change unless his character’s sole responsibility is to provide comic relief. The lift will be available on Netflix on August 25, so more trailers for the movie should be released this summer. 

About The Clip

In an Instagram post-Wednesday, Hart conveyed a promotional photo of himself and some of the cast members sitting in an industrial warehouse. The characters are seen standing around with fast food containers, business suits and luggage with a sketch of aeroplane parts on a dry-erase board in the corner. Though the photo doesn’t reveal much about the film, it nevertheless excited fans who flocked to the comments to learn more about the upcoming release.
