On the 27th of January, the film “Prince and Me” star Julia Stiles announced she welcomed her second child with husband Preston J Cook.
The 40-year-old star shared the picture of her newborn baby’s feet and accompanied with a short caption “Welcome to the world, Baby addition to our family, reminding me how infinite love can be,’ Scroll Forward to see how my 4-year-old is taking it…” Stiles added, revealing her son, Strummer, covered their toilet with a red marker.
In November 2021, Julia confirmed that she is expecting her second child by cradling her rounded stomach while attending a special screening of A24’s The Humans.
Julia has been married to camera assistant Preston J. Cook since 2017. They first met on the set of the film Blackway.
The couple is already parents to four-year-old Strummer Newcomb cook.
In 2017, At the time of sharing the news of her child, Julia thanked the “doctors, nurses and staff at Mount Sinai” for helping bring “utter joy” into her family’s life.
Shortly after entering into motherhood, Julia hit back at those who “Mum shame”.
“It was brought to my attention that in the previous photo I am not holding my baby correctly. Wow, I didn’t expect that” Julia hit back in a post in December 2017.
“What was supposed to be a shout-out of products I like suddenly becomes an invitation to comment on my baby, and my ability as a mother. That’s the internet for you, the carnivorous plant from Little Shop of Horrors.
She further added “I was trying to keep as much of my son’s image private, including, I guess, his little feet. And it was just a photo taken at home, not how I normally carry him around. Thanks for the concern, anyway.”
