Law & Order is one of the top-rated American police procedural and legal drama television series entertaining its fans since 1990. The favorable outcome of the series has led to the development of additional shows, making Law & Order a massive franchise with a television film, several video games, and its international adaptations. It has won and has been nominated for many awards, including several Emmy Awards.

During its journey, the franchise has introduced us to many excellent teams, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. This show is the first spin-off of Law & Order and debuted on September 20, 1999. It consists of the detectives of a new elite force who investigate and prosecute various sexually oriented crimes, including rape, child sexual abuse, and domestic violence.

The show recently concluded its twenty-third season on May 19, 2022, with 22 episodes. The upcoming season is officially in the works, and fans expect to see Amanda Rollins revisiting her old rivalry.

The character is played by Kelli Giddish and was first introduced in the thirteenth season. Rollins was introduced as wet behind the ears and over-eager, but over time, her character evolved into a compassionate and reliable detective.

Many theories are circling in fans’ minds for the upcoming season, and we think the coming episodes will bring her some trouble. Hopefully, the writers won’t disappoint the viewers and serve us with some well-deserved angst and hurt/comfort.
