It’s finally time for the highly anticipated sixth instalment of the Scream series! The absence of two crucial characters ,Sidney Prescott and Dewey Riley in Scream 6 represents an intriguing turn for the series. While David Arquette’s adored character was eliminated in the fifth Scream, Neve Campbell decided not to return for the film. The good news is that Courteney Cox will reprise her role as the endearing reporter Gale Weathers. Another fan favourite, Kirby first seen in Scream 4, will also appear in the sixth instalment. Fans also anticipate seeing breakout star Jenna Ortega reprise her role as Tara Carpenter in another Scream movie.

With 123 minutes of nail-biting anxiety, Scream VI is expected to be the longest instalment in the series. Now that that has been stated, it’s time to learn how, where, and when to see this eagerly awaited new film. This clip immediately emphasises how cruel the latest iteration of the masked killer is and how they’re not afraid to diverge from their usual methods. As Ghostface kills defenceless citizens in broad daylight and increases their armoury with new weapons like a shotgun, the death toll already appears to be greater than usual. Sam worries that because she is the illegitimate child of Billy Loomis, one of the original Ghostface killers, she too possesses his insane tendencies. The trailer’s ominous images imply she could be dropping to the dark side as she wrestles with these feelings.

The inaugural screening of Scream VI will take place on Friday, March 10, 2023, only in theatres. Expect Scream 6 to stream on the Paramount+ streaming service as Paramount Pictures handles the movie’s distribution. The most recent instalment in the slasher franchise can only now be seen in a theatre.
