The Fantastic Four is frequently referred to as Marvel’s First Family.
Having been Marvel’s first fictional superhero team, the movie always has great expectations from it.
The team made its debut on the pages of comics in November 1961 and has since been released onto the big screens quite a lot of time yet never found the truly acceptable faces.
According to various reports, the first official Fantastic Four film has never been released. The movie was made solely for the legendary schlock filmmaker Roger Corman’s property rights. Its true purpose was to gain the rights so that the characters can be claimed by the house.
The first movie adaptation of the comics was attempted by Fox in 2005. He made the movie with Chris Evans as Johnny Storm. Surprisingly the movie did well enough to gain a sequel.
In 2015 the movie once again underwent a reboot under the supervision of Josh Trank while resulting in multiple more reboots before getting disowned by its owner.
Finally, in 2019, The band of superheroes came home to Marvel when Disney acquired Fox and its arrival was announced by Kevin Feige.
There have been no official statements regarding the beginning of the Fantastic Four but according to the rumors, the movie is scheduled to start shooting sometime in 2023.
Albeit the lack of official announcements Kevin has done his best to be part of this upcoming franchise making it known that he will do his very best to find the best faces for these wonderful characters irrespective of their status in the industry, through his statement, “I think you look no further than Simu in Shang-Chi, like Chris Hemsworth, like Tom Hiddleston, like Tom Holland, an actor that hadn’t been seen by a tremendous amount of people before, or you have a Benedict stepping into Doctor Strange or Christian Bale stepping into Gor in our Thor film.”
Recently the rumors of the casting of the Fantastic Four are rising. According to @MyTimeToShineH who has been providing a huge amount of inside information for the past few months, the casting has now officially begun.
The movie will be made under the supervision and guidance of the Spider-Man: No Way Home director, Jon Watts. Even if the director of this film has been decided, there are still many questions about the one who will handle the scripts and who will stage the film.
Marvel Studios has been recognized to choose the perfect cast for its characters. Since casting has always been the strength of this production house, fans have full believes that they will get to see the best adaptations of these characters. We are not only excited to see who will play the superheroes but also which villain will entertain us on big screens.
On numerous occasions, various stars have been rumored to play various roles in the movie. Fans have yearned to see John Krasinki and Emily Blunt in the roles of Reed Richards and Sue Storm.
Along with them, Wrestler turned actor John Cena has also expressed his interest in playing Thing, and even the former Jar Jar Binks actor Ahmed Best wishes to play Reed.
Despite these being our preferences, Marvel inclines to shock its fans by electing actors from the blue.
And everyone is enthusiastic for Marvel’s first family to return on the big screens.
