NASA tells us something odd is occurring with our Universe and how rapidly it’s broadening.

Scientists have been researching modern data from the Hubble Space Telescope.

“You are getting the most precise measurement of the expansion rate for the universe from the gold standard of telescopes and cosmic mile markers,” announced Nobel Laureate Adam Riess of the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) and the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

However, scientists cannot yet figure out why, so all they’re saying for now is that something bizarre is on its way.
Studies also indicated other galaxies are moving away from our Milky Way shortly.

“The cause of this discrepancy remains a mystery. But Hubble data, encompassing a variety of cosmic objects that serve as distance markers, support the idea that something weird is going on, possibly involving brand new physics,” officials announced in a news release.
Nonetheless, it exhibits that “something strange” is occurring in our cosmos, which might be the output of undetected, new physics, according to Nasa.

When the space telescope started obtaining data on the Universe’s growth, it was faster than models had anticipated.

Scientists plan to lunge more into this challenge utilizing the new James Webb Orbit Telescope, which was barely launched into space and will soon bring back its first studies.

Hubble’s “magnum opus”: the most precise measurement of the Universe’s development.

The new research evaluates 30 years of data from the well-known space telescope to provide the most exact inquiry of how soon the cosmos is broadening.
