We’re thrilled to announce that Netflix has commissioned a Partner Track television series adaptation. It is based on Helen Wan’s novel “The Partner Track,” published in 2013.
If you are unfamiliar with the novel, it is about a young Chinese-American lady who is attempting to become a partner at the prominent New York legal firm Parsons Valentine & Hunt.
We’d want to see the streaming service offer more episodes and movies that depict a more positive side of underrepresented cultures.
We’d want to see the streaming service offer more episodes and movies that depict a more positive side of underrepresented cultures.
We’ve seen the streamer make a concerted effort to broaden Asian American perspectives over the years by programming movies and TV shows starring Asian American actors. This has been seen in the Netflix film series To All the Boys and the Netflix film The Half of It. Partner Track can now be added to the list.
Partner Track release date
Unfortunately, Netflix has not yet released an official release date. On the other hand, Partner Track is set to arrive on Netflix sometime in the summer of 2022, and we might see a release date ranging between June and September. Hopefully, the drama series will be available in early summer. We’ll keep you updated as soon as Netflix announces the official release date.
