Britney Spears has been part of headlines since the news of the end of her conservatorship reached the media. The singer has been enjoying her freedom by sharing her freedom with her fans through her Instagram handle. Whether it is by posting heartfelt posts or by posting her almost nude selfies, the Pop Princess has been turning heads in every direction.

Over the last couple of weeks, the Spears Sisters have been entangled in online verbal arguments relating to their views on each other’s life and their relationship.

The younger Spears sister is busy these days promoting her new memoir, Things I Should Have Said while her sister is busy writing remarks regarding her sister’s recent interview.

Unfortunately, this week the West Side Story star has been dealing with criticism due to her recent post in which the 20-year-old had posted a video of reading Britney’s messages to her sister and making it appear as if she was delivering dramatic dialogues.

This video offended many of the singer’s fans and resulted in the young actor facing backlash. The message included Britney’s justification where she is denying Jamie Lynn’s allegation that she locked her younger sister in a room with her while holding a knife.

Many of the users had tweeted telling the star how rude and insensitive she was by trying to gain attention by using someone’s relationships.

One wrote, “Taking Britney’s trauma and turning it into a self-tape is weird-ass behavior,”
While another commented, “How do you see a person relive their trauma in public and your first thought is to treat it like a script for a fake audition?”

Due to these negative responses to her post, Rachel Zegler has finally apologized for reading the ongoing feud between Britney Spears and her sister. Zegler wrote, “Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Britney and am rooting for her always. While I meant no disrespect whatsoever, I should have thought about how this could be perceived, and I’m so sorry for upsetting or disappointing anyone. This is not a situation to be taken lightly, and we should all be lifting Britney up in this pivotal time. Thanks for hearing me out, and a big thank you to all who held me accountable.”

Following this apology, the actress has also deleted her video from her account.

We are glad that the actress realized her mistake and hopefully, she had no intention to hurt the singer.
