Jim Ryan one of Sony’s Interactive Entertainment’s boss. He states that the company is planning to bring some of the iconic Playstation games to mobile this year.

As in today’s gen mobile is becoming the main giant for all the gamers. Over the year is also has been witnessed that most of the gaming companies have started their way to make through mobiles rather than playing devices. In this, there are many success stories that include Fortnite, PUBG Mobile, and Call of Duty: Mobile, etc. With this, Microsoft has also come out with the games through Xbox but soon they have the feature of Xcloud in the phone. So, that the same game can be played on the mobile phone. It is also rumored that Google also planning to go on the same path through the use of Stadia via cloud-based game streaming.

Now, the last company Sony has also announced to bring the gaming of Playstation to mobile phones. During the event of Investor Relation Day, one of the most dedicated employees of the company Jim Ryan. Who is also the boss of the PlayStation division? He disclosed at the event that now the company is planning to bring the games of PlayStation to the mobile phone.

Jim Ryan said that “2021 will also see us take steps to bring PlayStation IP to mobile, with the opportunity to dramatically increase audience sizes that this brings,”. In the recording that he posted on his channel on Youtube he said that “In FY21 we will begin to publish some of our iconic PlayStation IP on mobile and we anticipate that in 2021, that will not provide a significant profit flow, but we do anticipate that as we learn from that experience, and as we increase the number of titles that we publish on mobile, the contribution from both PC and mobile will start to become steadily more important as time passes.”

Also, one of the rumors suggests that transition the sizeable catalog of its first-party IP over to the mobile platform. The PlayStation of Sony Provides some of the most famous games that include God of War, The Last Of Us, and Uncharted. These all could prove to be a smash hit on the mobile platform if done well. But till now the games are not revealed by the company that they are launching on the mobile platform.
