Arcane, Netflix’s smash-hit award-winning series about the “origins of two renowned League champions-and the force that will drive them apart,” will not return this month. That’s correct; Arcane season 2 will not be available on Netflix in April 2022.
Many people were attracted by the sci-fi/fantasy series when it was initially aired in November 2021, which is understandable given the compelling story, amusing and sympathetic characters, and that nail-biting cliff-hanger at the finale. As could be imagined, there is a lot of speculation and discussion about the show’s future among fans.

Is Arcane season 2 coming to Netflix?
Fans of the animated sci-fi fantasy should celebrate since Arcane season 2 is undoubtedly coming, as Netflix and its creator revealed in a flurry of tweets immediately after the first season debuted on the streaming service.
At the 2022 Annie Awards, the show’s first season dominated the competition, winning a total of nine awards! Arcane Season 1 also won a Golden Reel award at this year’s festival, proving Netflix to be a fool for not renewing the fantasy series for a second season. But we don’t have to be concerned about it right now.
Arcane Season 2 release update.
Arcane Season 2 does not yet have an official release date, so we don’t know when we’ll see it again, but one thing is sure: Arcane will not return in 2022.
We expect to see the second season sometime in 2023 at the earliest, but considering the amount of work that goes into its creation, it’s probable that we’ll see it even later, perhaps in 2024 or 2025! Of course, this is only a guess.
