The Critics Choice Association announced the whole list of nominees this year, in addition to which an official announcement came that they will host a live broadcast of the award ceremony on March 13. The event was originally planned to be held on January 9, but it was postponed amid the Omicron surge.

CEO of Critics Choice Association, Joey Berlin said “Following the science and tracking the course of the Omicron variant, we believe that March 13 will be the right day to properly honor the finest achievements in the film and television during the past year.”

The show will air on TBS and the CW at 7 pm ET on its scheduled date, according to Variety it is the same day as the BAFTA Awards premiere. Nicole Byer will join Taye Diggs to host the show this year. Digs have been hosting the ceremony for the past three years.

Many big names in movies have made it to the nomination, well we hope the best and deserving win.
