Thrilling news for all the viewers waiting for New Amsterdam

In this NBC original drama, you get some rock-solid content from one of the best actors, Alejandro Hernandez. In the prior seasons, he had been a hectic schedule for all the doctors working at Bellevue Hospital. However, this particular actor leaving the show creates quite some chaos. 

The most recent campaign for this movie depicted the exit of Casey Acosta while fans saw him, what almost seemed like bidding goodbye in the episode eight of season 4. The hospital being taken under a cyber attack led viewers to hold their breath. At the same time, it isn’t very likely for the staple characters of the show, like Dr. Goodwin, to supposedly be cut off from the front. However, if rumors are to be believed, similar feelings are gone for good. 

There is some healthy debate going on with this context, as a result of which there is uncertainty about the fact that Alejandro Hernandez’s time on the show has ended. 

Casey Acosta, however, emerging as a recurring character, has held onto the interest of the viewers. There were over 89 episodes of this series that aired together in 5 seasons, comprising characters like Lauren Bloom, Floyd Reynolds and Elizabeth Wilder. Amid this, the show somehow centered around Dr. Goodwin. 

The storyline has taken its reference from the famous book Twelve Patients, which depicts death and life at the Bellevue Hospital. The show originally premiered on the 25th of September 2018 and concluded with 89 episodes on the 17th of January 2023. 

Amid all the news around the exit of staple characters, viewers are happy regarding the two new seasons that dropped on Netflix this February. The hectic seasons can’t seem to take a break much.
