Channing Tatum established himself as a prominent performer with the launch of the much-loved comedy-drama Magic Mike in 2012. The storyline of the movie was inspired by his own experiences of working as a stripper in Florida at the age of 18 years old. He had tried to communicate the intensity and mood of the circumstance, but the writers had made the scenario fictitious to create a fantastic story. Many viewers were happily shocked by the variety of performances and the true depth of the story, which caught them off guard.
In the threequel movie Magic Mike’s Last Dance, Channing Tatum reappears as retired stripper Mike Lane for one last appearance. In this third and last chapter of Magic Mike, the lead stripper is forced into joining a new plan in London by a rich socialite (Salma Hayek Pinault) who has her own goals. After his most recent business idea failed, Mike is now a bartender in Florida. Desperate to succeed again, he attempts to locate a new roster of dancers abroad.
Magic Mike’s Last Dance is unlikely to be available on Netflix. Possibly, this movie will still air on HBO Max, even if WB is going through a transitional period. Don’t hold your breath expecting it to arrive on Netflix for the time being; it’s likely that WB will license the films to the service in a few years.
The only way to see Mike’s last performance right now is to visit your local theater and check the time it will be screening. The movie will soon be available to rent or buy on digital platforms, including Apple TV, Vudu, Amazon, and Google Play, if you don’t feel like going to the theatres.
