Surviving Summer, a Netflix Australian adolescent drama, has outperformed expectations and become a chart-topping spectacle that has kept customers captivated from beginning to end. After viewing the first season, it’s reasonable to assume that many people are eager to learn more about Surviving Summer season 2.

Summer Torres, a rebellious girl from Brooklyn, gets in some trouble and is forced to stay with friends and relatives in Australia, especially a tiny hamlet called Shorehaven on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia, for ten entertaining episodes. Despite her best attempts to dislike her new home, she falls in love with the quirky people, the little town, and, of course, the waves.

So far, the Netflix series has been well-received by subscribers, spending some time at the top of the streaming service’s Top Ten TV show lists and becoming yet another must-watch series under the banner of the streaming behemoth. But what about the show’s future, precisely the fate of Surviving Summer season 2?

Is Season 2 of Surviving Summer coming to Netflix?

There is certainly a lot of conjecture about what is going on with the forthcoming sequel to Surviving Summer. But, as of this writing, there is no word on whether or not there will be a season 2.

While this isn’t excellent news, it’s also not out of the norm. Despite all of the hoopla around the show’s Top Ten run, the streamer takes its time deciding whether to purchase additional entries. Fans should keep this in mind, and rest assured that Netflix has plenty of time to consider bringing Surviving Summer season 2 on their platform.
